Message From Maddy was written by songwriter Andy Rajeckas several days after the Feb 12, 2009 tragic crash of Continental flight 3407 in Buffalo ,N.Y. which took the lives of 24 year old Maddy Loftus and 49 other people. Both Andy and his wife Lynn have been long time friends of Maddy and her family. Andy was inspired to write this song for Maddy's family and for the memorial services that followed. He is donating all proceeds from sales of the MP3 download to the newly established Maddy Loftus Memorial Scholarship Fund with the goal of creating positive change in the lives of future students who aspire to attend college and embark on their own dreams and careers. Everyone who knew Maddy agrees that she would be most proud to see this happen in her memory.
